Do you build ADUs in the Seattle area?
Yes. We handle ADU construction on Puget Sound properties. Rules on size, setbacks and parking vary by city, so we look at your lot and your city's requirements during the estimate and plan the project around them. You get a clear scope before any work starts.
Can you fix insulation and ventilation during a remodel?
Yes, and it is the best time to do it. With walls and ceilings open we can add insulation, seal air leaks and route bath and kitchen fans outside properly. It is far simpler to fix those things while everything is open than after the new finishes go in.
Are you licensed for remodeling work in Washington?
Yes. Super Attic Solutions is a licensed, bonded and insured Washington State contractor, license # ATTICSI795QZ. You can look the license up with the state before you hire us, and we are happy to answer questions about our insurance and bonding too.
